Shipping issues

1. Tracking info and shipping estimates
We fulfil orders within one day for both Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. Once fulfilled, you will receive an Auspost tracking link, and when your parcel is collected and scanned into the Australia Post system you will be able to see a shipping estimate. This is usually available within 12 hours of fulfilment.

2. Shipping delays or lost items
We do our best to get your order to you promptly by fulfilling orders quickly, however we cannot control the post. Your tracking link will give you Australia Post's best estimate for delivery, and in the time we've worked with this carrier they have been exceptionally reliable, even through COVID lockdowns. That said, delays sometimes happen.

If you believe your item has been unreasonably delayed, please let us know. We'll usually refund your shipping.

If your item gets to you too late to be useful, for example if it arrives after you've moved, and this is the result of an unreasonable delay, you can return it for a full refund. In that case we'll also pay for return shipping.

If your item gets lost in transit or disappears from your doorstep, we'll either refund it or send you a new one after first investigating with Australia Post. To date, this has never happened while we've used Australia Post.
